This apportionment, in the amount of $27,693,894, is made from federal funds provided to the state under CARES Act, Governor\u2019s Emergency Education Relief Fund, Section 18002 (Public Law 116\u201336), and pursuant to Section 110 of Senate Bill (SB) 98 (Chapter 24, 2020), as amended by Section 59 of SB 820 (Chapter 110, Statutes of 2020), Section 4 of Assembly Bill (AB) 86 (Chapter 10, Statutes of 2021) and Section 35 of AB 167 (Chapter 252, Statutes of 2021).
