Advance Apportionment<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The 2024–25 Advance Apportionment (Advance) has been certified. The Advance is based primarily on prior year data and establishes each local educational agency’s (LEA) monthly state aid payment amount for July 2024 through January 2025.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The Advance letter and related Excel files<\/a> are available on the California Department of Education (CDE) website. The letter and calculation details provide information to assist LEAs in understanding the components of the 2024–25 Advance.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Funding Rates and Information<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The 2024–25 Funding Rates and Information<\/a> web page, which provides funding rates and other information applicable to the 2024–25 Principal Apportionment based on the 2024–25 Budget Act and Senate Bill (SB) 153, Chapter 38, Statutes of 2024, is now available.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Principal Apportionment Due Dates<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
