{"id":2245,"date":"2024-08-20T22:33:38","date_gmt":"2024-08-20T22:33:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/business.sbceo.org\/apportionments\/?p=2245"},"modified":"2024-08-20T17:53:07","modified_gmt":"2024-08-21T00:53:07","slug":"2024-25-attendance-accounting-and-instructional-time-webinar-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/business.sbceo.org\/apportionments\/?p=2245","title":{"rendered":"2024-25 Attendance Accounting and Instructional Time Webinar"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"postie-post\">\n<div>\n<p><span style=\"font-size:small;\"><span style=\"font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\">You are receiving this message because you have subscribed to the Principal Apportionment (PASE) Listserv.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size:small;\"><span style=\"font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color:black;\">On Wednesday, August 14, 2024, the<\/span> School Fiscal Services Division (SFSD)<span style=\"color:black;\"> hosted a webinar to provide a general overview of instructional time requirements, the methods for claiming average daily attendance (ADA), the process a local educational agency (LEA) should follow to recapture lost attendance or instructional time credit in the case of an emergency event, known as the Form J-13A, and the conditions of apportionment for programs such as independent study and transitional kindergarten.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size:small;\"><span style=\"font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color:black;\">This webinar also addressed additional changes from the 2024&#8211;25 Budget Act that will be effective for the 2025&#8211;26 fiscal year, and that LEAs should begin planning for, including:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size:small;\"><span style=\"font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color:black;\">Attendance Recovery &#8211;
