The First Special Advance Apportionment for Charter Schools, Fiscal Year 2024–25 has been certified and provides Local Control Funding Formula state aid for charter schools in their first year of operation, charter schools expanding grade levels, and the charter schools’ sponsoring school districts. The entitlement calculations are based on data reported in the Pupil Estimates for New and Significantly Expanding Charter Schools data collection. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The following information is now available on the California Department of Education’s website at https:\/\/www.cde.ca.gov\/fg\/aa\/pa\/chschspcadv2425.asp<\/a> to assist local educational agencies (LEAs) in understanding the components of the 2024<\/span>−25 First Special Advance Apportionmen<\/span>t for Charter Schools:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
