\nYou are receiving this message because you have subscribed to the Principal Apportionment (PASE) Listserv. Please note that you may receive multiple copies of this notice if you are subscribed to other listservs from the California Department of Education (CDE).
\nThis is a friendly reminder that the ELO-P Expenditure Report is due by October 31, 2024. Attached is a spreadsheet listing the LEAs that have and have not submitted their expenditures as of October 17, 2024.
\nCalifornia Education Code Section 46120(d)(6)(B) requires each local educational agency that received an allocation pursuant to subparagraph (A), (B), or (C) of paragraph (1) for the 2021\u201322 fiscal year or the 2022\u201323 fiscal year to report final expenditures to the department on or before October 31, 2024, which shall initiate collection of any unexpended funds.
\nA local educational agency that does not submit the final expenditure report shall forfeit all funds allocated for the 2021\u201322 and 2022\u201323 fiscal years pursuant to subparagraphs (A), (B), and (C) of paragraph (1).
\nYou can submit your LEAs expenditure report on the Expanded Learning Opportunities Program (ELO-P) Expenditure Report website at www2.cde.ca.gov\/elop<\/a>, enter the LEA\u2019s unique access code and include:

\nCDS Code: \u00abCDSCode\u00bb
\nPassword\/Pin: \u00abPIN\u00bb
\nIf you have already submitted the report, please disregard this message and thank you for your timely submission.
