There is no exemption provision for county offices of education.<br \/>\nThe applications for exemption to the June 2025 deferral are now available on the CDE web page at: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cde.ca.gov\/fg\/fi\/ss\/deferralexemption.asp\">www.cde.ca.gov\/fg\/fi\/ss\/deferralexemption.asp<\/a>. This application is due no later than April 1, 2025.<br \/>\nFor more information on the deferral exemption application process, please refer to the CDE web page at: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cde.ca.gov\/fg\/fi\/ss\/deferralexemption.asp\">www.cde.ca.gov\/fg\/fi\/ss\/deferralexemption.asp<\/a>.
