The Advance is based primarily on prior year data and establishes each local educational agency\u2019s (LEA) monthly state aid payment amount for July 2025 through January 2026.<br \/>\nThe Advance letter and related Excel files<<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cde.ca.gov\/fg\/aa\/pa\/pa2526.asp\">www.cde.ca.gov\/fg\/aa\/pa\/pa2526.asp<\/a>> are available on the California Department of Education (CDE) website.
