The Advance is based primarily on prior year data and establishes each local educational agency\u2019s (LEA) monthly state aid payment amount for July 2026 through January 2027.<br \/>\nThe Advance letter and related Excel files are available on the California Department of Education (CDE) website at: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cde.ca.gov\/fg\/aa\/pa\/pa2627.asp\">www.cde.ca.gov\/fg\/aa\/pa\/pa2627.asp<\/a>.
