\nThis letter is to inform you that quarterly reporting for the 2023 Spring cycle for Federal Stimulus Funding will be available beginning Monday, March 20, 2023, and will close April 14, 2023, at 5 p.m. The Stimulus Funding Reporting Portal is available at www3.cde.ca.gov\/caresactreporting\/<\/a>. Please use the same password as previous reporting and assurances.

\n* Expenditure examples to support you in accurately categorizing expenditures * Detailed step-by-step guidance that can help you prepare ahead of time to report * Instructions to assist in accurately calculating percentages and expended amounts * Reminder: For the mandatory subgrant Federal Stimulus Fund reports (Resource Codes 3212, 3213, and 3214), category percentages should be based on ALL fund expenditures over the full grant period, not just on the current quarter’s expenditures. Please review the instructions for each report to ensure accurately reported data.
