\nImportant notes about this Property Tax Report
\nThe items below represent a summary of notable changes from the prior reporting period, P-1 to P-2.
\n* Column A-2: Unsecured decrease due to downward roll corrections decreasing the available levy. * Column A-8: Supplemental is anticipated to be higher than previously projected. Backlog processing continued to be posted in the current fiscal year. * Column B-1: AB1290 Passthrough and Column B-2: RDA Residual projected higher than P-1. * Column B-3 Santa Barbara RDA: Final Cash Fund Distribution to be apportioned in June.
\nNote: Prior Year collections should be taken into consideration when developing your budget since some are one-time sources and should not be carried forward as ongoing revenues in future years.
\nThe above factors are important to consider when planning for your district’s 2022-23 Estimated Actuals and 2023-24 Adopted Budget and Multi-Year Projections. Please review how these changes may affect your individual district.
