The California Department of Education (CDE) hosted a Private School Equitable Services Statewide Webinar on Thursday, April 20, 2023. The Webinar focused on the federal requirements for eligibility, participation and private school consultation under Titles I, II, III, and IV under the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA) as amended by the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA).<\/p>\n

Please see attached Power Point presentation titled “Private School Consultation” used during the webinar, as well as the “Questions and Answers” document in response to questions during the webinar.<\/p>\n
