\nThe U.S. Department of Education (ED) has announced that, on Tuesday, May 16, 2023, from noon to 1 p.m., they will be hosting an office hour session for subgrantees to receive answers to questions about the Davis-Bacon Act requirements.
\nDavis-Bacon Act requirements may be applicable to certain project funded through Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief (ESSER) and Governor’s Emergency Education Relief (GEER) funds. As such, this office hour may be useful to local educational agencies (LEAs) using these or other federal funds for capital expenditures.
