The topic is Construction 101. This topic was specifically requested by several Superintendents and administrators in the region and therefore we would like to open the session to all who would like to attend, whether or not you are already a client of our firm. During the presentation, Martin Hom, a partner within our facilities and construction practice group, will walk you and other attendees through topics such as the selection of your design professional and other consultants, planning and finance of the projects, project delivery methods available to school districts, issues that may arise during construction, and project closeout.
