Attendance Reporting Reminder: P-Annual Attendance Reports must be certified by the district no later than Tuesday, July 8, 2025.
\nThe Principal Apportionment Data Collection (PADC) Web Application<pas.cde.ca.gov\/<\/a>> is now available for reporting 2024-25 Annual Principal Apportionment data.
\nThe following 2024-25 Annual data is due:
\n* Attendance * Necessary Small School * Adults in Correctional Facilities * Special Education Local Plan Area (SELPA) Average Daily Attendance Allocation * Infant Funding
\nAdditionally, the system is open for prior year corrections (PYC) data for the 2024-25 P-2, 2023-24 P-2, and 2023-24 Annual reporting periods. All PYC are due to SBAS by Wednesday, September 24, 2025. Please be sure to select one of the following from the drop down when reporting data corrections:
\n* 2024-25 P-2 Correction for AN * 2023-24 P-2 Correction for AN R2 * 2023-24 AN Correction for AN R2
\nTo report PYC data for 2022-23, please email CDE at PADC@cde.ca.gov<\/a><mailto:PADC@cde.ca.gov<\/a><\/a>> for information on how to submit the data.
\nResources for data reporting and certification are posted on the PADC website under the Data Collection tab<www.cde.ca.gov\/fg\/aa\/pa\/index.asp?tabsection=4<\/a>>.
\nThe PADC User Manual (v 2024-25 1.0)<www.cde.ca.gov\/fg\/aa\/pa\/documents\/padcmanual2425v1.docx<\/a>> may be used in reporting data for the above-mentioned data entry screens for 2024-25.
\nThe SBAS 2025-26 Attendance Reporting Calendar will be updated once CDE provides dates which are anticipated by the end of June.
\nPlease Note: The PADC system experiences high user volume during this time and it is important for LEAs to start the process of submitting data to mitigate the impact of any unforeseen issues that may arise with the submission of the data.
