Please forward this message to the participating school districts in your county. The purpose of this email is to notify you that the California Department of Education (CDE) has discovered an error in our calculation method for the A–G Completion Rate that is used to calculate the allocation amounts for local educational agencies (LEAs) for the A–G Access Grant and A–G Success Grant. CDE is committed to providing accurate information and we will resolve this matter as quickly as possible. In the meantime, the allocation schedule for the A–G Completion Improvement Grant Program will be removed from the Funding Results web page: www.cde.ca.gov/fg/fo/r14/agcigp21result.asp, until the correction is made.
If you have any questions regarding this program, please contact the Categorical Allocations and Audit Resolution Office, by email at CAAR@cde.ca.gov<mailto:CAAR@cde.ca.gov>.
