REMINDER: 2024–25 P-2 Data Due

This message serves as a reminder that the following 2024–25 P-2 data submissions are due to the California Department of Education (CDE) no later than Thursday, May 1, 2025:
* Attendance * Class Size Penalties * Necessary Small School * Adults in Correctional Facilities * Special Education Local Plan Area Average Daily Attendance Allocation * Special Education Tax Allocation * Infant Funding * Transfer of Funds Alternative Rate Option
The CDE stresses the importance of timely data submissions in order to ensure the Principal Apportionment is certified by the statutory deadline. Furthermore, the CDE appreciates in advance prompt responses to subsequent inquiries regarding LEA data submissions.
As a reminder, the following resources are available on the PADC web page (www.cde.ca.gov/fg/sf/pa/) to assist LEA staff with preparing P-2 data submissions:

Please Note: The PADC system experiences high user volume during this time and it is important for LEAs to start the process of submitting P-2 data to mitigate the impact of any unforeseen issues that may arise with the submission of the data.
Should PADC Web application users encounter any issues, please email the Principal Apportionment Section as soon as possible at PADC@cde.ca.gov<mailto:PADC@cde.ca.gov> for technical assistance so we can work to resolve the issues quickly.
