2024–25 Annual Principal Apportionment Data Collection Release

The Principal Apportionment Data Collection (PADC) Web Application is now available for reporting 2024–25 Annual Principal Apportionment data on the California Department of Education (CDE) website at pas.cde.ca.gov/.
The 2024–25 Annual data is due to the CDE no later than the following dates:
* July 15, 2025: * Attendance * Necessary Small School * Adults in Correctional Facilities * Special Education Local Plan Area (SELPA) Average Daily Attendance Allocation * Infant Funding * August 15, 2025: * Taxes * Excess ERAF * Miscellaneous Funds * Special Education Tax Allocation * October 1, 2025: * Audit Adjustments to CALPADS Data * October 31, 2025: * The Extraordinary Cost Pool * Necessary Small SELPA’s Extraordinary Cost Pool for Mental Health Services
Note: Some Data Entry Screens are currently not available in the PADC Web Application. These will be released soon.
* Additionally, the system is open for prior year corrections (PYC) data for the 2024–25 P-2, 2023–24 P-2, and 2023–24 Annual reporting periods. All PYC are due to CDE by October 1, 2025. Please be sure to select one of the following from the drop down when reporting data corrections: * 2024–25 P-2 Correction for AN * 2023–24 P-2 Correction for AN R2 * 2023–24 AN Correction for AN R2
To report PYC data for 2022–23 and prior, please email CDE at PADC@cde.ca.gov<mailto:PADC@cde.ca.gov> for information on how to submit the data.
Resources for data reporting and certification are posted on the PADC webpage at: www.cde.ca.gov/fg/aa/pa/index.asp?tabsection=4 under the Data Collection tab.
As a reminder, the following resources are available on the PADC web page (www.cde.ca.gov/fg/sf/pa/) to assist LEA staff with preparing Annual data submissions:

Please Note: The PADC system experiences high user volume during this time and it is important for LEAs to start the process of submitting data to mitigate the impact of any unforeseen issues that may arise with the submission of the data.
Should PADC Web application users encounter any issues, please email the Principal Apportionment Section as soon as possible at PADC@cde.ca.gov<mailto:PADC@cde.ca.gov> for technical assistance so we can work to resolve the issues quickly.
