2025–26 P-1 Principal Apportionment Tax Data Collection Web-Application Release
The 2025–26 Principal Apportionment Data Collection (PADC) Web Application is now available for the following data entry screens on the California Department of Education (CDE) website at pas.cde.ca.gov/:
* Taxes * Excess Educational Revenue Augmentation Fund (ERAF) * Special Education Tax Allocation
County Offices of Education must submit the 2025–26 P-1 tax data to the CDE no later than November 17, 2025. Special Education Tax allocation is due January 15, 2026.
The PADC web page located at www.cde.ca.gov/fg/sf/pa/ provides pertinent information to assist local educational agencies in using the PADC Web Application. This includes the following items:
