2025–26 P-2 Principal Apportionment Tax Data Collection Web-Application Release

The 2025–26 Principal Apportionment Data Collection (PADC) Web Application is now available for reporting 2025–26 Second Principal Apportionment (P-2) local revenue data on the California Department of Education (CDE) website at pas.cde.ca.gov/.
* The following 2025–26 P-2 data is due to the CDE no later than April 15, 2026: * Taxes * Excess Educational Revenue Augmentation Fund
The PADC web page located at www.cde.ca.gov/fg/aa/pa/ provides pertinent information to assist local educational agencies in using the PADC Web Application. This includes the following items:
* PADC Web Application link * PADC Web Application User Manual * Calendar of data submission due dates by data entry screen * Known Issues and Tips
Reminders:
* Read the User Manual thoroughly for step-by-step instructions and tips for specific data entry screens. * Make sure to save all data before navigating to the next record or tab within a data entry screen; verify all data saved correctly before validation and data certification. * If the system generates a blank page, do not refresh the browser. Instead, close the application and re-open it to continue. * If you experience technical difficulties, please call or email the Principal Apportionment Section at 916-324-4541 or PADC@cde.ca.gov<mailto:PADC@cde.ca.gov>. * Prior year corrections (fiscal year 2020–21 and prior) should continue to be submitted through the PADC desktop software for each applicable year. The desktop software can be downloaded from the Data Collection tab on the Principal Apportionment web page at: www.cde.ca.gov/fg/aa/pa/index.asp?tabsection=4.
