Classified School Employee Summer Assistance Program, Estimated Amount of State Match Funding for the 2026–27 School Year

The purpose of this email is to notify local educational agencies (LEAs) that are participating in the Classified School Employee Summer Assistance Program (CSESAP) that the California Department of Education (CDE) has posted a letter and accompanying schedule of the estimated amount of state match funding for the 2026–27 school year on the CDE’s CSESAP Funding Results web page at: www.cde.ca.gov/fg/fo/r14/csesap25result.asp. Based on the data reported by LEAs as of April 1, 2026, the estimated amount of state match funding is forty-nine and five tenths cents ($0.495) for each one dollar ($1) withheld from participating employees during the 2026–27 school year.
