In accordance with Assembly Bill (AB) 185 (Chapter 571, Statutes of 2022)<leginfo.legislature.ca.gov/faces/billNavClient.xhtml?bill_id=202120220AB185>, the School Fiscal Services Division (SFSD) has posted a Transitional Kindergarten (TK) frequently asked questions (FAQs) webpage that includes guidance on:
* Attendance for the purpose of apportionment, * Instructional time, * Classroom enrollment, * Adult-to-student ratio, and * Associated fiscal penalties for not meeting the fiscal requirements
