ELO-P FY 21-22 and 22-23 Offset Amounts

Thank you for submitting the ELO-P 2021-22 and 2022-23 Expenditure reports by the deadline. Attached is a list of the unspent funds reported by the LEAs as of October 31, 2024.
The California Department of Education (CDE) plans to recoup the reported unspent funds through a Principal Apportionment payment offset in January 2025, and in March 2025 if January funds are insufficient. Please confirm with your LEAs that the information provided to CDE is accurate. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us no later than Wednesday, December 11, 2024, as once the offset is processed, the funds cannot be reinstated.
