Preliminary Entitlements for Proposition 28: Arts and Music in Schools, Fiscal Year 2024–25

The purpose of this email is to notify you that the California Department of Education (CDE) has published preliminary entitlement estimates for the Proposition 28: Arts and Music in Schools (AMS) program for Fiscal Year 2024–25, as established by Proposition 28 (2022) and amended by Senate Bill 115 (Chapter 49, Statutes of 2023). The purpose of these funds is to supplement arts education programs.
The preliminary entitlement estimates are available on the Proposition 28: Arts and Music in Schools web page at www.cde.ca.gov/fg/aa/pa/prop28ams.asp. The CDE will publish revised AMS entitlements with the certification of the 2024–25 First Principal Apportionment in February 2025; significant revisions to entitlement amounts are not anticipated.
