Attendance Reporting Reminder:
P-Annual Attendance is due to SBAS no later than Thursday, July 8, 2021.
Please refer to the tables attached to ensure that you have completed all of the required P-Annual entry screens and certifications. Visit CDE’s website www.cde.ca.gov/fg/sf/pa/padcsw2021.asp for additional information and attendance reporting resources.
Once your certified attendance data has been exported to a file, please send the .dat file as an e-mail attachment to SBASfinance@sbceo.org<mailto:SBASfinance@sbceo.org> along with a PDF copy of your district’s signed certification pages and an explanation for significant attendance changes, if applicable. Please also send the original signed certification page(s) for our records to be maintained at the Santa Barbara County Education Office. Refer to the correspondence attached for attendance submission procedures and deadlines.

The California Department of Education (CDE) has released a letter to County and District Superintendents, Charter School Administrators, Chief Business Officials, Food Service Directors, and CALPADS Administrators which provides guidance for using the National School Lunch Program Application or the Alternative Household Income Form to collect data used for funding allocations and P-EBT eligibility.
