Submitting the Pay01 Report w/Authorized Signature via the SBAS Website > Uploads

Dear Payroll Professionals,
For all future payrolls, please submit the Pay 01 Payroll Summary report with a board approved authorized signature through the Upload feature on our website prior to payroll issuance. Districts will no longer need to fax or email the report to the Payroll Team at our office. This electronic process will centralize and provide a secure submission of these documents for permanent archiving.
Submit the Pay01 Report via: Uploads > File Uploads The feature is located on the SBAS Website<www.sbceo.org/sbas> (see overview pictures below).
