STRS Directive 2022-04 & 2022-03

CalSTRS has issued two new employer directives:

* Employer Directive 2022-04: Executive Order N-4-22
This employer directive is intended to inform employers of Executive Order N-4-22 and how it impacts provisions of previously implemented under Executive Orders N-3-22 and N-12-21.

* Employer Directive 2022-03: Postretirement Earnings Limits
This employer directive is intended to inform and remind employers on Postretirement earnings limit and disability allowance earnings limit for the 2021-22 and 2022-23 fiscal years, and disability retirement earnings limit for the 2022 calendar year.
