We are pleased to announce a new webpage<www.sbceo.org/domain/302> was launched for Opening and Closing Funds.
General information, Step-by-Step instructions for opening and closing a fund, and sample resolutions are provided for districts’ use. We have also included a handy reference sheet with Fund Numbers, Names, and applicable Education Codes. In addition, we have provided a Revolving Funds Guide and sample resolutions that are complementary with this type of fund.
