Good morning,
We have learned this morning that employees who bank with Union Bank, which was recently acquired by US Bank, may see a double entry of today’s payroll direct deposit amount. It is our understanding that this double entry is only noted while the deposit is in the Pending status. Once the entry is in the Posted status, the error appears to be corrected.
We are advising affected employees to contact their bank with any questions or concerns they may have regarding this matter as this is a bank-related error.
