45-Day Budget Revisions
Dear School Business Officials,
The California state budget was signed by the governor on Wednesday, Jun. 27, 2025, which means that Education Code Section 42127(h) is now in effect. This section requires that not later than 45 days after the Governor signs the annual Budget Act, the school district shall make available for public review any revisions in revenues and expenditures that it has made to its budget to reflect the funding made available by that Budget Act.
Please provide a link to materials summarizing the impact of the final state adopted budget on your district to adulay@sbceo.org<mailto:adulay@sbceo.org> by August 11, 2025. If the materials are not available on your website, please provide information on how it is made available to the public.
