The information in this report may be helpful in generating the First Interim Report. Important notes about this Property Tax Report The items below represent significant changes from the prior reporting period P-Annual to P-1. * Column A-1: Increased growth in Secured Taxes from prior year. * Out-of-County Taxes are only reported at P-Annual but not estimated in P-1 and P-2. * Montecito only – Column A-1: New construction, sales, transfer of ownerships, and re-assessments contributed to a larger increase in growth. * Vista del Mar & Santa Ynez High only – Column A-1: Increase in oil, mineral, and gas properties assessed values contributed to a larger increase in growth. * Guadalupe only – Column A-6: Decrease in Supplemental & PY Revenue.
