* Desktop – CA-ERP
* Update 1099 reporting for 2026 and IRIS – Desktop updates are being prepared for 2026 1099 reporting, including data structure, database, and reporting changes needed to support IRIS record tracking and annual regulatory requirements. The 2026 1099 tables are now available for you to begin testing.
* Initialize Vendor Address First and Last Name Fields for SSN Vendors – During release installation, applicable Vendor Address records for vendors with SSN-formatted Federal Tax IDs are initialized using existing Vendor Address Name data to help populate the new 1099 name fields. This is a one-time initialization.
* Add Vendor Address Name Fields for 1099 Reporting – New First Name, Last Name, Middle, and Suffix fields were added to Vendor Address records to support IRIS 1099 reporting for vendors associated with SSN-formatted Federal Tax IDs.

* New Report – ReqPay29 – Vendor Name Audit – This new Vendor Name Audit Report for 1099 Reporting helps Finance users review vendor name fields for vendors with SSN-formatted Federal Tax IDs so they can audit and correct data needed for IRIS 1099 reporting.

* Employee W2 – List – New Task to run historical W2 report – A new Print Historical W2 task allows users to generate W2 reports for older years that are no longer visible in the standard 10-year list view.

* PERS Reporting – Special Compensation and Work Schedule
