Accounts Payable – Presidents’ Day Holiday Schedule 2021
For planning purposes, please see the following information about SBAS’s upcoming Accounts Payable schedule. Please mark your calendars accordingly and plan for the adjusted schedule.
The SBCEO Office will be closed on Friday, February 12th and Monday, February 15th in observance of the Presidents’ Day Holiday. Many of the school districts in Santa Barbara County will have varying schedules for this Holiday that will not coincide with the County Office or even neighboring districts. Because of this we have created the attached Accounts Payable Schedule to assist you in meeting your A/P needs while considering each districts own Holiday observances.

0.00% 3.84% 2.98% 3.05%

Note: The funded COLA for 21-22 of 3.84% is derived from a 2.31% increase to first increase the 20-21 rates, (an increase that was not and will not be funded for 2020-21) and an estimated increase of 1.5% for 2021-22. There is NO impact on 2020-21 rates.

This apportionment, in the amount of $31,692,683 is made from federal funds provided to the state under Title II, Part A, of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965, as amended by the Every Student Succeeds Act, in support of grants awarded to eligible local educational agencies to increase student academic achievement through strategies focused on preparing, training, and recruiting high-quality teachers, principals, or other school leaders.
