PERS 2025 Compensation Limits for Classic and PEPRA Members
Attached is the CalPERS circular letter on reportable compensation limits for 2025. Escape has been updated with the new limits.
* Compensation limit for PEPRA members (2% at 62) for the 2025 calendar year:
* Social Security Participants: $155,081 * Non-Social Security Participants: $186,096
* The compensation limit for Classic members (2% at 55) for the 2025 calendar year is $350,000.
Also attached is the updated Payroll Rates & Limits for 2025.
