Bidding & Cooperative Purchasing – Notification of Updated Bid Thresholds & Cooperative Purchasing Webpages
As you may be aware, the Bid Threshold for Purchases, Services and Repairs was increased January 1st. The SBAS Bidding webpage<sbasweb.sbceo.org/purchasing/bidding> has been updated with the new bid threshold limits along with other useful information and links.
In addition, the California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act (CUPCCAA) Bid Thresholds<www.sco.ca.gov/Files-ARD-Local/new_informal_bid_limit_increase_pursuant_to_pcc22032.pdf> have been increased.
The SBAS Cooperative Purchasing webpage<sbasweb.sbceo.org/purchasing/cooperative-purchasing> is available with information regarding “Piggyback” purchasing, standard school supply lists, cooperative purchasing, and many other helpful links.
